Since several years in our factory in Capannori (Lucca – Italy) Italmatic produces Comfort Superlastic Solid Tyres. Thanks to the experience gained through the supply of complete plants for superlastic solid tyres all over the world, the one in Capannori at present is one of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced production plants with quality certification ISO 9001 (VISION 2000).

The great experience acquired in these years of designing and construction of plants allowed a quick start and today a sound presence in the market of solid tyre production.

In fact, only Italmatic machineries of the latest generation are employed, allowing to produce perfect superlastic solid tyres, using cylindrical, radial matrices in six segments. These matrices are used in the modern production of radial tyres for car, truck, etc., while traditional solid tyres, available in the market, are produced by competition still by the old technology of two halves matrices.

Therefore ITALMATIC was the first one to introduce the modern technology in the production of superelastic solid tyres.

Rubber compounds are designed and prepared employing first choice raw materials bought only from qualified suppliers, In such a way, we can assure physical-mechanical tests, a constant quality time to the market top.
