Italmatic, with over 7500 machines installed worldwide, is a leader in the design, construction and installation of pneumatic retreading machines and systems . The production of complete plants and machinery covers the entire range of tires, including car, truck, tractor, OTR, Avio.
Italmatic produces a complete range of wheel balancing counterweights for original equipment and spare parts market, alongside the distribution of consumables and equipment for tire assembly, assistance and repair. The Italmatic range of consumables for tire shops includes over 2000 high quality items, aimed at professional users.
We design and manufacture Autoclaves according to the main manufacturing codes (EN, ASME, VSR, etc.) certified according to PED, U-STAMP, GOST, SELO, DOSH, KOSHA, JOSH, AS etc. directives, depending on the country of destination.
Italmatic offers all its customers or applicants the experience of its specialized technicians for all after-sales or assistance services. That include the Preventive Maintenance, inspection and pressure vessel recertification.
Inspection machines and spreaders; buffing machines; building machines and extruders; machinery for cold tyre retreading; presses; tyre matrix moulds.

Distribution of the finest brands of consumables, accessories, tire repair material, tools and accessories for tire repairing, maintenance, fitting and mounting.
Italmatic produces solid fuel and liquid fuel from tyres. The fuel/gas oil for marine use is mixed with tyre oil from marine recycling. We also do trading of this fuels for marine and industrial oil .
Our capacity is in the minimum of 1,000 up to 10,000 metric ton. Our partners are MGR and Pan Oil.
Italmatic produces and distributes a complete range of new solid tyres with Comfort® brand. They are produced internally in Italy (in the factory of Capannori – Lucca), with high quality and service standards at extremely competitive prices. Comfort® solid tyres are the only one to be cured in cylindrical matrices in 6 radial segments, using three high performance compounds to assure their maximum life.
